Conditions for Exchange

To facilitate an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including all attached labels and original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our side, we are dedicated to facilitating a seamless exchange at no additional cost to you. However, if the exchange is not due to an error on our part, a nominal fee of $24.99 will be incurred by the consumer to cover exchange shipping costs.
