Return and Refund Policy

At KidsToyMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items purchased through our website within 30 days of receipt for a refund, in accordance with this Return Policy. This policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the KidsToyMart website on which you made your purchase.

Return Process

If you want to return an item, you must follow these steps within 30 days from the date of receipt:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@kidstoymart.com or call us at +1 678-269-0522 (Monday-Saturday) to obtain a return authorisation number (RA Number).
  2. Prepare Your Return: Return the item via traceable shipping service to KidsToyMart in its new, unused condition in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RA Number and the original packing slip in the return shipment.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including personalised items and gift cards.

Shipping Charges

KidsToyMart is not responsible for the cost of outbound or return shipping charges for any return or for any damage to the item during the return shipment. Please note that all actual shipping costs incurred by KidsToyMart upon initial purchase shall be deducted from any return reimbursement.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item that complies with this Return Policy, we will refund your payment to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Defective vs. Damaged Products

  • Defective: If the item is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered "Defective."
  • Damaged: If the item arrives with shipping damage, it is considered "Damaged."

Note: Items damaged by the consumer during initial assembly or subsequent use do not qualify as damaged items under this Return Policy and cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event that you receive any damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at support@kidstoymart.com. We may request additional information or images to process your request. You may also order replacement parts at no additional charge.

Return of Defective Products

KidsToyMart reserves the right to request the return of damaged or defective items upon receipt of the replacement items to avoid being charged for such replacements.

This Return Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. We recommend you print or retain a copy of this Return Policy at the time of your purchase.
