We are committed to delivering your orders promptly. While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control—such as holiday seasons, peak periods, adverse weather, or carrier delays—may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding during these times.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard FREE Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 applies within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your items sooner? Choose expedited shipping for a delivery time of 4-7 business days. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping rates for these locations will be based on the order value.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship from multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S.
  • We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure fast and cost-effective delivery.

Consumer Guideline

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your order's journey.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please note that any duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the consumer.

Product Damage Responsibility

In the rare event that your product is damaged during delivery, the shipment carrier will be responsible. However, we are here to assist you in resolving any issues that arise from such incidents.
